We accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated pick up points at designated times. No refund is provided for passengers who miss our tours, however we will try every available means of contact before leaving.
Pickup locations must be confirmed at least 12 hours prior to tour departure. We accept no responsibility for passengers missing our tours if the pickup location is changed and we are not advised.
We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property, however we will do everything we can to prevent it or find it for you.
Passengers must be able to prove they are over 18 years to consume alcohol at the wineries.
Service of alcohol may be refused to persons deemed intoxicated.
Food & alcohol may not be consumed on our vehicles.
Wineries do not have BYO licenses therefore you may not bring you own alcohol for consumption.
Persons causing a nuisance to other passengers may be removed from the vehicle. Central Otago Tours will not be liable for any expense incurred by the passengers should this occur.
Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles or at the venues visited.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger number and a full refund applies.
Passengers wishing to cancel their booking must do so with no less than 24 hours notice for a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Failure to give minimum required notice of cancellation will result in a 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
By boarding the vehicle you accept the terms and conditions and accept this is a binding contract for yourself and the other people you have booked and paid for. You are responsible for relaying this information to other passengers you have booked and paid for.
